Indications for use:

First month

🌿 Manayupa:

  • Preparation: 4 tablespoons in 1 liter of cold water, boil for 10 minutes.

Second month

  • Preparation: 1 teaspoon in ¾ liter of boiled water for 10 minutes.
  • Daily dosage: 2 cups per day after meals.

Third month

🌿 Barberry

  • Preparation: 1 tablespoon in ¾ liter of cold water and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Dosage: 1 warm cup after breakfast and 1 after lunch.

Precautions:

There are no records of scientific studies that a toxicity by high consumption, however, you should avoid its use if you are looking to get pregnant, since contraceptive properties have been reported, which are still under study, other than that, limit its use to the use recommended by your doctor.

If you are pregnant, it is advisable not to consume it, because there are some studies that mention the abortive effect of berberine.
